How do I book a test?
Open Tests or Packages, add what you need to your booking, then choose home sample collection or a lab visit, a date and a time, and how you want to pay. You need a free account to book, so we can send your report to you privately.
Can the sample be collected from my home?
Yes, where home collection is available. Choose “Home sample collection” at checkout, select or add your address, and pick a time. The checkout shows if there is a charge for home collection.
How can I pay?
You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking or wallets), or choose to pay at the lab / when the sample is collected.
How will I get my report?
When the lab uploads your report, you are notified and can download it as a PDF from Reports in your account.
Is my report private?
Yes. Reports are never published on the website. Only you (after signing in) and authorised lab staff can open them.
