This policy explains how BARABAZAR DIAGNOSTIX ("we") handles the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email address and password (stored only in encrypted/hashed form) when you create an account.
• Addresses you save for home sample collection.
• Details of your bookings: the tests, the date and time, and the name, age and gender of the person being tested.
• Payment status. Online payments are handled by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Your test reports, uploaded by the lab.

How we use it

Only to arrange your tests, collect samples, take payment, send you booking and report messages, and keep the records the lab must keep. We do not sell your information.

Your reports

Reports are stored privately. They are not published on the website and can be downloaded only after you sign in to your own account, or by authorised lab staff.

Who can see your information

Authorised lab staff, each with their own account and only the access their role needs. Razorpay processes online payments. Our email and hosting providers process data only to run this website.

Your choices

You can update your profile and addresses in your account at any time. To ask for a copy or correction of your information, contact us using the details on the Contact page.

Changes

We will update this page if this policy changes.
