Cancelling a booking

You can cancel a booking from My bookings in your account up to the time shown on the booking, or by calling the lab.

Refunds for online payments

If you paid online and your booking is cancelled before the sample is collected, the amount is refunded to the same payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show a refund.

Pay at lab / at collection

If you chose to pay later, nothing is charged when you cancel.
